If that’s what they consider good customer service, I’ll pass. The store itself has somewhat ok prices, but I’ll stick to Trader Joe’s. By the way..watch out with the frozen section. Merchandise is stacked above the fill line in the open freezers they have..I noticed this when I grabbed a bag from there, but the bag had been thawed out. :/ Overall..what a disappointment.
Opened on October 19th 2017. As a local, I am glad we got another grocery store to meet East San Gabriel’s needs. My first impressions: the store is clean and the staff is friendly. What more is there to say.

A lot of good values. Check the expiration dates on products that can expire because there are many items that expire sooner than other stores.
This is not my "neighborhood grocery store", but I come in here once in awhile. The first time was two days after the official grand opening. The store was clean (because it's new). Inventory was good but there were quite a few items that were not carried at this store. Like most other G.O., this store is a franchise, meaning, it run independently from other stores and keeps its own selection of items. And they don't have much of organic selection here. As to customer service quality, it's OK but not any where close to Trader Joe's, which used to occupy this exact same real estate only a year ago. As to parking, it's free and not terribly crowded. The parking lot is shared with other smaller shops in this strip mall. As to shoppers, you may find lots of Chinese here as the whole area has been transformed into a giant Chinatown!
