If you plan on coming here to renew or apply for a new passport DON'T!! Employees are highly unintelligent in what they are doing, there is a old bitter lady there that is extremely rude. They sealed my package incorrectly and now I have to delay my trip to fill out the form again because of the lady's mistake..did I not mention that they were VERY rude. Save yourself the headache and go to a post office or anywhere else and I mean ANYWHERE else.
Terrible service! Every time I come here happily and go home angrily! That mean, bitter lady always has excuse to stop your application!

Terrible service! I've made appoint of inspection on Monday and try to call the inspector office for hundred times at Monday morning with nobody answered, then I went to the front desk, the lady said they are short of employees! And if I made appointment on Monday I should wait there the whole day then I won't missing the inspection!!!
