Car always washed well. Careful with the senteded option, chose jasmine and got vanilla, yuch! Usually a good experience, the wait is a bit long, but they are thorough with cleaning & drying.
went to pick up my car and it looked and smelled like someone had spit wine all over my plastic dash and fabric headliner. immediately told supervisor, who called over 4 other men (supervisors?) who upon seeing the huge mess immediately started accusing me of driving away and exploding wine all over my car. i told them to check surveillance to see i did not leave, and they replied well then it must have been there before i arrived. i ran my finger along the plastic dash and the wine smeared because it was still wet to the touch. if it HAD been there already, they had just charged me for a car wash but left my dashboard covered with wet red liquid that smelled like wine. one supervisor ended up yelling at me to respect him and be quiet while i was asking them to quickly clean mess before it stained my headliner. i think he knew exactly what happened, but was trying to intimidate and scare me so I would drive away and lose any chance of them taking responsibility for their mess. at this point, I told them I would call the police because someone at the carwash had quite obviously driven my car while drinking some sort of dark red beverage that smelled like alcohol. only then did another supervisor agree to look through the surveillance footage with me. i stayed about an hour and a half only to find that the camera angles barely showed where they had reparked my car in the back by the maintenance garages (mine was the only car that had been moved around to the back). all i could see on surveillance was the supervisor who had just yelled at me hanging around my car with another mystery guy. the supervisor couldn't tell me who the mystery man was or what he and the supervisor were doing by my car. only after i was able to prove i had not driven away did the other manager offer an apology and tell the guys to clean my headliner. they got most of it but there are still stains on liner and upholstery. i'm 5' woman. walking around to the back of a carwash away from other customers (and poor camera surveillance), getting yelled at and called a liar by about 5 men is NOT OK!!! i will delete if given a full refund but this story was way too weird not to share.
The BEST in the valley takes a little more time but worth it excellent service my car always SUPER CLEAN inside and outside.
